Talk about: Who gets left behind in a city, and what one stubborn person can change.
For churches and small groups
Films we've watched and checked for groups of every age, each with an honest parents' guide and a question to get people talking afterwards.
Choose from the films below, or any review on the site. Each one has an age guide and a parents' guide, so you know what's in it before your group does.
Showing a film to a group outside a home usually counts as a public performance. Most US churches cover this with an annual church movie license. Check yours before you advertise the night.
In your church hall, a living room or online. For a group that streams at home on its own, Angel Guild members can watch Angel films whenever suits them.
Use the conversation starter on each film below, then let the group take it where it wants to go. Thirty minutes is plenty.
Faith films and true stories for ages 13 and under, rated 3.5 cowries or more by our team.

Talk about: Who gets left behind in a city, and what one stubborn person can change.

Talk about: Courage, conscience, and when faith requires action.

Talk about: Foster care, what it costs a community to show up, and what hospitality really means.

Talk about: What happens after we die, and how we talk about it with our kids.

We're writing one-page guides for group leaders: a short summary, five questions for after the credits, and notes on anything parents should know. Leave your email and we'll send each one as it's ready.
Many of the films above stream on Angel Studios. Angel Guild members watch them and vote on which films Angel makes next.
When you join the Angel Guild through a link on this site, Pearl 27 earns a commission. That money helps create jobs for the people who run 52 Flicks. 52 Flicks is independent and not affiliated with Angel Studios.
